Description
These wild Alaskan Sockeye salmon filets come from sustainably-managed fisheries in the Pacific Ocean. Each skin-on filet is flash frozen, individually vacuum-packed and weighs approximately 5-7 oz. Leaner than farmed salmon, Sockeye has a distinctive, delicious flavor. This fish is lean and should not be overcooked.
