Description

Torio is a semi-hard, yellow sheep & cows' milk cheese, named for the Rio Torio in Spain where this cheese is made. Similar in taste, texture and rind pattern to Manchego and Kashkaval. It's mild and aromatic, slightly grassy from the sheep milk and smooth and creamy from cow's milk. Pairs well with red wines from Spain.
