Fancy a comforting Stew? Our hearty 2" cubes of beef for stew are just what you need. Enjoy the convenience of pre-cut beef for your next Beef Barley Soup or Beef Stew. To enjoy maximum beefy flavor, dredge the pieces in flour or matzah meal then sear in a hot pan with a little oil or shmaltz until your kitchen smells amazing and the cubes have a golden brown crust on all sides (do this in batches, so there is plenty of room around your pieces so that they brown without steaming). Then, into the pot with the rest of your ingredients and out comes a delicious dinner. Marble & Grain beef is carefully cut by hand by our artisanal butchers from grass-fed, grain-finished American Black Angus beef, raised with care by our independent ranchers.
