Made from the rib of our exquisite, pastured lamb raised in the Shenandoah Valley, this Rack of Lamb includes 8 connected chops. Allow 2 chops per person. This roast is NOT Frenched. Note: If ordering multiple racks, try to order the same size to keep portions at similar sizes (ie, the chops cut from a 2lb Rack of Lamb will be much smaller than those from a 3.5 Rack of Lamb.) This product ships frozen and will arrive frozen or refrigerated.
