Made from our pasture-raised Black Angus cattle, which, like all of our meats at Grow & Behold, are raised in the US without hormones or antibiotics. We take care every step of the way to make sure our meats are raised well, processed humanely, expertly butchered, carefully packaged, delivered seamlessly and prepared with confidence in your kitchen. Use this lean ground beef in any recipe for stuffed seasonal vegetables, meatballs, or pasta sauce. You may want to avoid using it when braising (ie, meatballs in a broth or soup, since the lower fat content could lead to drier meat when cooked in liquid.)
