English Short Ribs are cut from our Flanken ribs (from the chuck), which means they are richly flavored and well marbled. They're an elegant way to enjoy the delicious flavor of our pastured Black Angus beef, which are bred for tenderness and raised on pasture without hormones or antibiotics in the Mid-Atlantic. English Short Ribs are a favorite for fine dining and braised dishes, with the bone cut to ~2" and a decadent piece of tender meat on top. Present 2 on a plate for an appetizer, 3-4 for a main course.
