Chuck Filet can be best described as combining the unsurpassed flavor of the chuck steak with tenderness of a minute London broil (flatiron). We've fileted our chuck roasts down the middle, removing the interior connective tissue to bring you a wonderful steak you might love even more than Denver Steak! Cut from the chuck of our pasture-raised Black Angus cattle. Slice across the grain to serve. Steaks are about 1" thick and 6-9" long. This cut is GREAT for Sous Vide Cooking.
